Roots Cancelled on March 4th!

Our Pastor sent the following email out today:

We need you!!!

Anyone who has ever been touched by God through Park Valley Church, we need your support. On March 4th at 7:30 pm at the McCoart Building, the Prince William County Board of Supervisors will be deciding whether or not Park Valley Church will be able to hook into the public sewer. If they vote "no", they will take away our ability for any future expansion on our 26 acre lot. Also, we will be forced to pay close to a quarter million dollars for a septic system that will not only take up a large portion of the best part of our land but also the system could potentially fail costing the church thousands and thousands of dollars in the future. All this, while public sewer (a future DMCC pumping station) will literally be right on the edge of our property line. This is common sense. Having sewer saves the church tens of thousands of dollars, gives us the opportunity to expand our ministry as God decides to grow it, and allows us to properly dispose of waste without pumping it into the ground which will ultimately flow into a stream.

Please come and support PVC in asking the PWC Board to vote "yes" for common sense and for God's church. Please don't think, "someone else will go, I don't need to" because nothing could be farther from the truth. We need everyone to come. Click here for directions.
